Service Description
Join us for an evening of pure relaxation & sound healing! Jessica will guide a restorative meditation and soundbath session using chimes, singing bowls, soothing vocals & a variety of instruments. During the soundbath, Nancy ( RMT) will provide each participant with a relaxing massage ( 10-15 mins pp). A perfect combination of sound and touch to soothe mind, body and soul! This session will take place in the cozy Cultivation Cabin nestled in the forest on Barron Canyon Road. Note: There will also be a sampling and bake sale happening- with gut healthy treats made by Nancy- a registered health coach and gut health specialist.
