Service Description

What to expect: Cacao Ceremony: Honour & savour the warm Cacao that was prepared with intention while about the medicinal benefits of raw ceremonial grade cacao. Participants will be guided through a gratitude practice with slow & intentional experiencing of the cacao. Embodiment practice: Participants will be guided through a series of meditative stretches & somatic exercises to fully activate and embody the heart opening and releasing properties of the cacao. Heartsong: To further activate the heart opening medicine, we will use our collective voices in a heartsong practice. Participants will be guided through a song circle using instruments, mantras and breathwork with vocalization practices. This is a beautiful, intuitive practice- participation is optional- you can use your voice or you can simply enjoy the music. Closing circle and sound healing: Lay back and enjoy an integrative experience of guided meditation and sound healing ❤️ investment: $48 pp
