About the Event
Many of our work environments and dynamics have changed over the last year.
ZOOM fatigue, stress, overwhelm and difficulty finding a balance between home and work (especially if your home IS your workspace) are all common challenges.
Many folks are experiencing the impact of increased demands at work on a psychological and physiological level. Reports of tension, headaches, irritability, loss of sleep, difficulty concentrating and increased anxiety are some of the most common.
Jessica Lemieux (MSW, RSW) will guide us through a one hour interactive workshop that will offer effective practices to ease experiences of stress and fatigue that can be easily incorporated into the work day.
Jessica will teach participants a variety of breathing, movement and reflective techniques to support psychological and psychological wellbeing.
BONUS: The workshop will be recorded- so if you can't make the live event, you will have access to the recording for two weeks!
Also- each participant will receive one month access to Jessica's online audio library of mini workplace mindfulness practices!
