About the Event
Our first retreat SOLD OUT- so we have added a second date!Â
When: Sunday March 3rd from 8:00- 5:00
Where: A lakeside cabin space in Westmeath, On ( Ottawa Valley)
What to expect:
Yoga Session (led by a male facilitator)
Wim Hof Breathwork Session
Cold Plunge in the lake ( supervised by our certified Wim Hof instructor)
Peruvian Energy Session ( Led by a male Reiki Master)
Meditation/ Somatic Session
Mini Nervous System Regulation Workshop
Optional Bonfire, Hottub, winter hike
Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Beverages will be provided.
A partial insurance receipt can be provided for the portion of the session that is offered by a registered social worker for $80.
