We are so excited to announce our "Into The Forest Fall Retreat!"
An immersive nature based retreat on a beautifully forested 48 acre property outside Petawawa!
This retreat is being offered during the Harvest Full Moon- an incredible way to connect to the change of season & welcome in it's abundance.
Retreat Offerings: Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, Forest Bathing, Cold Plunges, Guided Trail Walks, Full Moon Ceremony, Bonfire Soundbath, Sharing Circles, Intutive Art Session, Nourishing Food & More!

9:45am-4:30pm- Meditation, Forest Bathing, Breathwork, Cold Plunge, Intuitive Art Session, Sound Healing, Guided Trail Walks & more
A Nourishing vegetarian lunch will be provided!
**Sessions will be offered outdoors under our raised playform 20 x 20 covered tent.
Meet your facilitators:
Petra:
Petra is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and Cold Therapy Specialist. Her lived experience with the healing power of breathwork, lit a fire within that shines through her work. Petra will guide us through a breathwork session, sound healing & cold therapy session ( with optional ice bath).
Jessica:
Jessica ( MSW, RSW) is a therapist, meditation & sound bath facilitator, and owner of Cultivation Therapy Services. Her gentle and supportive approach blends mindfulness, meditation, sound healing and somatic practices. Jessica will guide us through meditation, sound healing & forest bathing rituals.
Investment: $165 pp
